Pastel de Nata 2022 – ”A beautifully hand crafted Pastel de Nata, with a generous filling, good lamination to the pastry and a lovely rich caramelisation on the custard. The pastry is buttery and flaky in the mouth and the custard smooth with a hint of vanilla. This is a well made, delicious tart”.
Raspberry Pastel de Nata 2022 – ”A terrific example, with beautifully laminated pastry, sweet and silken custard and tart, bright, fresh raspberry. Very fresh, delicate and refreshing in feel while also creamily indulgent. Delightful”.
Raspberry Pastel de Nata 2024 – ”These Pastel de Nata were absolutely beautiful, very authentic looking with perfect flaky pastry and a lovely ‘burnt’ top”.
