How much Notice do we require?
Orders need to be placed one day in advance, this is our minimum notice period, maximum period 15 days.
How can I place my order in advance?
This can be done by changing the date manually when placing orders, this will allow us to fulfil the requests and to ensure we have all items available, if by any chance, we receive last minute orders, we will do our best to fulfil the request, if we do not have the items in holding stock, we will contact the site directly to notify if products are unavailable and what items are to replace the missing quantities. When placing your order, you are able to modify your order twice, after the second attempt, the system will not allow you to modify your order further.
How much is our minimum?
All orders need to reach the minimum per order, if this amount is not reached, order will not be processed.
What is the deadline if I need to amend or cancel?
All orders must be amended or cancelled as below:
- Before 3pm Monday to Saturday (Sunday and Bank Holidays 1pm).
Online Information – How to use our Online Portal
Confirmation of successful placed orders will be sent to the registered email. On the first login, the screen will prompt you to change the generic password. Please note if you do not receive an email to confirm your order, your order has not been accepted or processed. A confirmation email will follow to the email stated above, when your order has been submitted successfully.
If I missed the deadline what happens?
If you have missed the deadline (Mon-Sat 3pm, Sunday and Bank Holidays 1pm)) all orders placed after this time will be processed automatically for the following working day. Please take into consideration, when ordering, it is the customers responsibility to make sure the date is correct and the quantities ordered.
Can I modify my order?
When placing your order, you are able to modify your order twice, after the second attempt, the system will not allow you to modify your order further.
If you have placed an order by mistake and need to cancel or amend, please log in as usual, to cancel, amend all the quantities to zero, a confirmation email will be sent as usual, please ensure the quantity is set to zero.
Can I Cancel/ Copy my order?
Orders can be moved over and cancelled through the online platform, there is an option to view/copy a previous order, please choose this option and then go into the date where an order has been placed incorrectly and place to zero, this will cancel the order and an email will be sent to the email on file to confirm. If you haven’t received confirmation as there can be delays, you can login into the portal and see if the order is showing on the screen for the required day.
